Rock & Rye Milkshake

Butter & Scotch uses frozen sour cherry puree for this drink, but one could puree frozen or fresh cherries in a blender, until smooth. Another option would be to soak dried sour cherries in hot water for 30 minutes, squeeze them dry, and puree them.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mister Katz's Rock & Rye
  • 1 oz sour cherry purée
  • 3 scoops coffee ice cream
  • Whipped cream & a Luxardo cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the rock & rye, cherry purée, and ice cream, and blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait or pint glass, top with whipped cream and a cherry, and serve with a straw and a spoon.
