Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups root beer
  • 1/2 cup vodka chilled, whipped
  • 1 .25-oz. packet gelatin unflavored
  • Whipped Cream
  • maraschino cherries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium-sized saucepan add the root beer and gelatin.
  2. Lightly stir to combine.Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce to low and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set it to the side for 10 minutes.
  6. Add chilled vodka and 1 cup chilled root beer to the saucepan.
  7. Stir to combine.
  8. Fill 10 plastic shot glasses with the mixture.
  9. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
  10. Garnish
