Ingredients
- 8 sprigs fresh mint (plus more to garnish)
- 1 lime (halved and quartered)
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- ½ teaspoon rose water
- 4 ounces vodka (optional)
- 8 ounces sparkling water or club soda
Instructions
- In a cocktail pitcher, add the fresh mint, lime quarters and simple syrup. Muddle gently for about 1 minute to release the lime juice and essential oils in the mint and lime peel. Stir in the rose water and vodka then strain over four glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with equal parts sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with additional mint if you wish before serving.
