Ingredients

Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
Peach Tequila Punch
  • 2 peaches peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup rosemary simple syrup
  • 2 cups tequila
  • 1 liter lemon lime soda
  • frozen raspberries to chill and garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and allow syrup to cool.
  4. Once cooled, discard rosemary. Pour simple syrup through a sieve to remove any small bits of rosemary that may remain. Store in an air-tight container.
Rosemary Peach Tequila Punch
  1. Add peaches and simple syrup into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a 2-quart pitcher. Add the tequila and lemon-lime soda.
  3. Add the frozen berries and ice to a glass and pour in punch. Serve immediately.
