Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves , woody pieces and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup coarse kosher salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place rosemary and salt into a small food processor, pulse until the salt is fine, rosemary is minced and it resembles wet sand.
  2. Transfer to a baking sheet or plate and spread into a thin layer.
  3. Allow to air dry for 1-2 hours.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
