Rotel Dip Recipe

Rotel Dip with Ground Beef is an all-time favorite snack that is incredibly quick and easy to make. Ground beef with taco seasoning, Velveeta cheese, and Ro*tel canned tomatoes and green chilies--it all comes together to create a flavor-packed dip perfect with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef lean
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 16 ounces processed cheese cubed, Velveeta brand
  • 10.5 ounce Ro*Tel can

Instructions

  1. Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet and cook over medium heat until fully browned. Drain off the grease.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water to the ground beef and stir to combine.
  3. Add the cubed Velveeta and stir often until fully melted and combined with the ground beef.
  4. Add the Ro*Tel (do not drain) to the skillet and stir well.
  5. Serve immediately or transfer to a slow cooker set to warm.
