Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage hot or mild
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 2 10-ounce cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 3 tablespoons diced pickled jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Drain.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and Velveeta in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted. Mix in the Ro-Tel, jalapeños, and sausage.
  3. Pour the dip into a slow cooker to keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Use Mild Rotel Tomatoes and mild sausage and omit jalapenos if you prefer a milder dip.
