Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon thyme dried
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Add mixture to a small food processor until mixture is no longer full of thyme leaves.
  2. Add to glass jar to store.
  3. Use 2 tablespoons of seasoning for 1 rotisserie chicken.
