Salad Supreme Pasta Salad

Change up your pasta salad recipe and make Salad Supreme Pasta Salad. This simple salad is loaded with zesty flavors, veggies and pasta to make crowd pleasing dish.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese cubed into bite size Pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta to al la dente based on the package instructions.
  2. Drain the pasta immediately and then rinse with cold water until pasta is cooled off.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently stir together the cooled pasta, vegetables, salad supreme seasoning and Italian dressing.  Then gently stir in the diced mozzarella.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and top with the grated Parmesan Cheese.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight until ready to serve.
  6. Serve cold and then enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
