Ingredients
- 16 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese cubed into bite size Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Salad Supreme seasoning
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta to al la dente based on the package instructions.
- Drain the pasta immediately and then rinse with cold water until pasta is cooled off.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently stir together the cooled pasta, vegetables, salad supreme seasoning and Italian dressing. Then gently stir in the diced mozzarella.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and top with the grated Parmesan Cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight until ready to serve.
- Serve cold and then enjoy!
