Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon salep powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon - to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a thick-bottomed pot, mix salep powder, milk, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Heat the mixture over low-medium heat, whisking constantly, until it starts to thicken.
  3. Continue cooking and whisking until the mixture reaches a thick, custard-like consistency, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour into individual cups, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and serve immediately.
