Salmon Sliders
Salmon Sliders are delicious, versatile mini sandwiches that pack amazing flavor and will impress family and friends as an appetizer, lunch, or light dinner recipe option.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb salmon skinless and boneless, filets
- salt
- black pepper
- 12 hawaiian rolls sweet
- Asian style chopped salad kit
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add salmon filets to heated skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. As salmon cooks, break it apart with a spatula. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, drizzle sesame ginger dressing over salad blend and toss until coated.
- Assemble sliders by placing cooked salmon, salad mix, sliced almonds, and wonton strips on Hawaiian rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon whenever possible.
- Remove any pin bones from the fillet and cut it into identical slider-sized pieces or crumble salmon to ensure even cooking.
- Use quality, sturdy slider buns to hold sandwiches.
