Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb salmon skinless and boneless, filets
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 12 hawaiian rolls sweet
  • Asian style chopped salad kit

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add salmon filets to heated skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. As salmon cooks, break it apart with a spatula. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, drizzle sesame ginger dressing over salad blend and toss until coated.
  4. Assemble sliders by placing cooked salmon, salad mix, sliced almonds, and wonton strips on Hawaiian rolls.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon whenever possible.
  • Remove any pin bones from the fillet and cut it into identical slider-sized pieces or crumble salmon to ensure even cooking.
  • Use quality, sturdy slider buns to hold sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately while fresh and hot for best flavor and texture.
