Buns
  • 50 ml milk warm, 3 tbsp
  • 7 gms active dry yeast 1 tbsp
  • 2 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 2 egg 1 for the dough and 1 for brushing the buns’ tops
  • 420 gms flour 3 cups
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 35 gms butter softened, 2 ½ tbsp
  • 240 ml water lukewarm, 1 cup
Salmon Patties
  • 500 gms salmon cleaned, 1.1 lbs., fresh
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ¼ red onion chopped
  • black pepper
  • salt
To Assemble
  • salmon patties
  • aioli
  • Buns
  • mixed salad leaves
  • tomato sliced
  • red onion slices
  • cooking oil to cook patties
  • lemon juice

  • The above ingredients for the buns will make about 15 slider sized buns. You can easily freeze the extra buns by putting them into a Ziploc bag and have them ready for more sliders!
