- 2 cups (6oz/170g/16 cookies) Graham cracker crumbs
- For the filling:
- 1/2 cup (2 ½oz/115g) salted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (10oz/283g) my signature salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 the recipe for my rich chocolate ganache , warm enough to be pourable
