Ingredients

  • 2 salted duck eggs itlog na maalat
  • 2 medium plum tomatoes cubed
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice the salted eggs in half.
  2. Scrape the egg white and yolk then arrange in a bowl.
  3. Add the cubed tomatoes and fish sauce. Mix well.
