Easy no bake Santa Hat Cheesecake Bites the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (120g) crushed Oreos roughly 10-12 cookies
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 8 ounces (226g) Cheese Cream
- ½ + ⅛ cup (106g) Greek Yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 6 strawberries

Instructions
- Line a 6-cup muffin pan with liners. Crush Oreos in a food processor until sandy. Mix in melted butter, then divide the mixture (about 2 tablespoons per cup) among the liners. Press firmly and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt, honey, and almond extract. Set aside 2-3 tablespoons for the hat toppers.
- Divide the cheesecake filling among the muffin cups and smooth the tops. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Remove cheesecake bites from the muffin cups. Top each with a strawberry and a dot of reserved cream cheese. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until needed.
Notes
- Use mini tins instead, but you'll need smaller berries and up to 24 berries depending on the yield.
- Easily double or triple the recipe for a crowd.
- Bring the cream cheese to room temperature for easy incorporation.
- Use a measuring cup or the back of a spoon to press the Oreo crust firmly into the muffin cups.
- Store - Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
