Ingredients

  • 500 gr sardines
  • salt
  • curry
  • ginger powder
  • soy sauce
  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean well the sardines and remove the skin and bones.
  2. Cut the sardines with a well sharpened knife and add all the ingredients. Mix with a fork.
  3. Serve with pickled onions.
