Saturday Afternoon Platter - Smoked Salmon Pâté

Ingredients

  • 80 g sour cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 150 g smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream, cream cheese, capers, lemon juice and horseradish into a food processor.
  2. Add half of the smoked salmon and blitz until smooth.
  3. Chop the remaining smoked salmon into small pieces.
  4. Tip the pâté into a bowl and stir through the chopped smoked salmon.
  5. Serve with melba toast.
