Sauerkraut with carrots and onions

Ingredients

  • 400 g Sauerkraut
  • 1 onion medium
  • 2 carrots medium
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & papper

Instructions

  1. Drain the sauerkraut. If you have bought the sauerkraut and you don’t like its strong flavor I advise you also to rinse it before.
  2. Chop onion and grate the carrots.
  3. Put sauerkraut, carrots and onions in one bowl, add the rest of ingredients and stir it.
  4. Serve cold.
