Sausage and Potatoes
This Sausage and Potatoes recipe is an incredibly easy sheet pan meal that the entire family will love. The smokey kielbasa pairs so well with the tender potatoes. It’s sure to be a new family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or regular salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 pounds potatoes washed and cut into 1 inch cubes, golden variety
- 24 ounces kielbasa sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/4 onion diced small
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix together red pepper flakes, seasoned salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Place potatoes, kielbasa, onion, and garlic in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil mixture over potato mixture, then sprinkle seasonings over potatoes and sausage and toss until coated.
- Arrange on the sheet pan evenly. Bake for 40 -45 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
