Sausage Cheese Balls are the perfect appetizer all year round. They are loaded with warm, melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese and served up with warm marinara sauce for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Italian sausage
  • 1 ½ cups Original Bisquick Mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped white onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 2 rimmed baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients, except marinara sauce in a large bowl. Form into 1-1-1/2 inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with warm marinara sauce and toothpicks for dipping.
