Ingredients

  • 4 English Muffin split in half
  • 4 egg cooked anyway you like
  • 4 breakfast sausage patties cooked
  • 4 lices cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Split the English muffins in half with a fork or knife.
  2. Toast the English muffin halves.
  3. Cook the eggs according to your preference.
  4. Heat the breakfast sausage patties (microwave or warm them in a skillet, or oven).
  5. Layer a slice of cheese, a sausage patty, egg and hashbrown onto the bottom half of the toasted English muffin.
  6. Replace the other half of the English muffin and enjoy.
