- 4 English muffins split in half
- 4 eggs cooked anyway you like
- 4 cooked breakfast sausage patties
- 4 slices cheese
Instructions
- Split the English muffins in half with a fork or knife.
- Toast the English muffin halves.
- Cook the eggs according to your preference.
- Heat the breakfast sausage patties (microwave or warm them in a skillet, or oven).
- Layer a slice of cheese, a sausage patty, egg and hashbrown onto the bottom half of the toasted English muffin.
- Replace the other half of the English muffin and enjoy.
