Sautéed Italian Brussel Sprout Salad

This shaved brussel sprout salad is sautéed with delicious veggies and tossed with Italian Dressing. It's great for lunch or as a side. This salad is healthy but doesn't lack on flavor at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts sliced
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup diced salami
  • ½ cup sliced green olives
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients to a large skillet over medium heat, stir well. Cook for around 5-10 minutes stirring frequently until your brussel sprouts get to your desired done-ness. (They should still be pretty firm) Remove from heat and serve warm
