Ingredients

  • 3 medium yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the onions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the onions to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden and soft, about 15 minutes.
