Ingredients
- 3 medium yellow onions thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice the onions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the onions to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden and soft, about 15 minutes.
