Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup peppers diced, any sweet pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms diced
  • 1 cup ground sausage browned
  • ⅓ cup green onion sliced
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon season salt
  • ½ teaspoon thyme ground

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Brown the ground sausage.
  3. Whisk the eggs.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients including the ground sausage.
  5. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature registers 160ºF on an instant read thermometer.
