Ingredients

  • 2 bunches scallions light green and white parts only, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons neutral cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped scallions, minced ginger, salt, sherry vinegar, and cooking oil.
  2. Set jam aside for at least 30 minutes before using.
  3. This jam will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
