Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. bay scallops
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 1/2 cup sliced red orange, and yellow sweet peppers
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 medium onion sliced.
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok.
- Sauté the garlic and onion
- Add the scallops. Cook for 1 minute.
- Put-in the zucchini. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the sweet peppers, spinach, and fish sauce. Continue to stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle some ground black pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve with fried rice. Share and enjoy!
