Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream corn
  • 1 cups milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs breadcrumbs or panko bread crumbs are ok

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven ro 350 dgrees.
  2. In a medium sized pot heat corn and milk over medium heat.
  3. Add a beaten egg, then add in chopped onion, chopped pimento, and salt.
  4. Pour into a greased 8 inch round baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
