Scotch and Soda
Ah the Scotch and Soda. It’s such a simple, easy to make drink that has stood the test of time and continues to do so. What I especially like about this combination of ingredients is the flavor of the scotch comes through so nicely that it really is a great way to mix things up if you prefer to not drink your scotch straight or on the rocks.

Notes
- Are you interested in an easy sipping drink with less punch from the Scotch? Use a tall tumbler with some ice and a long pour of club soda. Want to just add a bit of water to your Scotch but not take away too much of the flavor? Use an old fashioned glass and a short pour of club soda. As you can see, it’s easy to modify to your individual tastes.
- In this recipe, we’ll give you our personal preferences for measurements but feel free to adjust as desired and experiment until you find a combination that suits your tastes.
