  • 2 eggs
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 20 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat and add the broccoli and the baby spinach.
  2. Lightly cook them for 1-2 minutes.
