Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 4 cube steak
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground

  1. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the steaks on each side for 5-10 seconds to tenderize them.
  2. Add butter to a large heavy skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cook cube steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side on medium-high heat until cooked through.
