Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown pork sausage until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the flour, stirring to combine. Slowly pour in the milk. Stir frequently until the mixture thickens (about 8-10 minutes). Add pepper and garlic powder. Set aside to cool slightly.
