Seasoned Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes , cut into 1/2" thick wedges (about 5 potatoes)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese , grated
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add potatoes wedges and cold water to a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes then remove the potatoes and let them dry on a cooling rack.
  4. Add cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and cayenne pepper to a small bowl and mix.
  5. In a large bowl add the potatoes, oil and seasoning mix and toss together gently.
  6. Add seasoned potatoes to a baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minuteuntil crispy and browned.
