Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 pounds chicken thighs, boneless skinless
  • ⅔ cup honey barbecue sauce
  • ⅔ cup orange marmalade
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  1. Place the flour and chicken into a gallon-sized sealable bag, and shake to coat.
  2. Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray and place the flour-coated chicken in the bottom.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together the barbecue sauce, marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper flakes.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and serve.
