Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 pounds chicken thighs, boneless skinless
- ⅔ cup honey barbecue sauce
- ⅔ cup orange marmalade
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
Instructions
- Place the flour and chicken into a gallon-sized sealable bag, and shake to coat.
- Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray and place the flour-coated chicken in the bottom.
- In a large bowl whisk together the barbecue sauce, marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and serve.
