Seven Layer Bars

Decadent seven layer bars that are perfect for the holiday season! Or a Monday.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2  cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 °F.
  2. Melt the butter, then add in the graham crumbs.
  3. Once they are mixed, press it firmly into the bottom of a parchment lined 9x13 pan.
  4. Take half of the can of condensed milk, and pour it over the crumbs.
  5. Add in the chocolate chips in an even layer over the milk.
  6. On top of the chocolate, add the pecans and then the coconut, which was unsweetened by the way in my attempt to lessen the sweetness.
  7. Take the remaining milk and drizzle it over the top of everything.
  8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is nicely browned.
  9. Slice into bars once fully cooled.
