Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Seal the bag and shake well to mix.
  3. Place one pork chop at a time into the bag, seal, and shake until well coated. Arrange the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F, indicating they are cooked through.
