Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 large egg , beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a 15x10x1 baking sheet with baking spray.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar twice into a large bowl.
  3. In a medium bowl whisk together butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add in flour mixture and whisk until just combined.
  5. Stir in blueberries.
  6. Pour batter into the baking sheet and let sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
