Sheet Pan Salmon

Sheet Pan Salmon combines tender salmon filets with shaved Brussels sprouts, all roasted on one pan for a straightforward meal. The lemon garlic dressing adds a bright zest that complements the natural richness of the salmon and the slight bitterness of the sprouts. This method allows the sprouts to cook evenly around the salmon, creating a pleasing texture contrast with minimal cleanup.
