Shishito Peppers (Crazy Easy)

These blistered shishito peppers are the perfect appetizer. You'll be happy you skipped on your typical jalapenos and tried something new!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shishito peppers or padron peppers
  • 2 tsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1 tbsp oil avocado or olive

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat preheat the oil until it begins to smoke. Add in shisito pepper and sprinkle them with garlic parsley salt. Cook them until they begin to blister on the bottom.
  2. Turn them over and blister them on the other side. Remove them from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
