Ingredients

  • 3-4 beef roast
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 6 Hoagie rolls
  • 12 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place everything (except the rolls and cheese) in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  2. Shred the beef.
  3. Serve on toasted hoagie rolls. Top with provolone cheese.
