Shrimp Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen pizza dough (thawed)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups extra small shrimp cooked, skins and tails off
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ shallot (thinly sliced)
  • 12 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parsley and parmesan for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º Fahrenheit.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface. Place pizza dough on parchment paper. 1 pound frozen pizza dough
  3. Spread a layer of alfredo sauce over the center of the pizza, leaving an inch of space for the crust. 1 cup alfredo sauce
  4. Use paper towels to pat shrimp dry. Evenly spread out shrimp, spinach, shallot and tomatoes over the dough. 1 ½ cups extra small shrimp, 1 cup fresh spinach, ½ shallot, 12 cherry tomatoes
  5. Then layer on mozzarella cheese to cover everything. 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through and lightly golden.
