Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen pizza dough (thawed)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 ½ cups extra small shrimp cooked, skins and tails off
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ shallot (thinly sliced)
- 12 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- fresh parsley and parmesan for garnishing

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º Fahrenheit.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface. Place pizza dough on parchment paper. 1 pound frozen pizza dough
- Spread a layer of alfredo sauce over the center of the pizza, leaving an inch of space for the crust. 1 cup alfredo sauce
- Use paper towels to pat shrimp dry. Evenly spread out shrimp, spinach, shallot and tomatoes over the dough. 1 ½ cups extra small shrimp, 1 cup fresh spinach, ½ shallot, 12 cherry tomatoes
- Then layer on mozzarella cheese to cover everything. 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through and lightly golden.
