Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen precooked shrimp (peeled, deveined and defrosted)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 16 oz fettuccine cooked
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley optional
Instructions
- Saute the shrimp in the butter for 2 minutes in a pot over medium high heat.
- Season with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
- Stir in the heavy cream and the parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for another 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp is heated through.
- Serve over cooked fettuccini and top with fresh parsley and more parmesan cheese.
