Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Easy Shrimp Alfredo Recipe comes together in minutes for an amazing meal.  Alfredo does not have to be complicated and this is much better than store bought.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen precooked shrimp (peeled, deveined and defrosted)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 16 oz fettuccine cooked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley optional

Instructions

  1. Saute the shrimp in the butter for 2 minutes in a pot over medium high heat.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and the parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for another 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp is heated through.
  5. Serve over cooked fettuccini and top with fresh parsley and more parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
