Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tsp minced shallots
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tabasco
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp ketchup, 4 tsp minced shallots, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Tabasco, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp horseradish, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp honey, ¼ tsp kosher salt, and ¼ tsp cracked black pepper.
  2. Taste the sauce and adjust if necessary.
  3. Place in a storage container with a lid and fridge for at least 10 minutes to thicken up and chill before serving.
  4. Once you remove it from the fridge, stir with a spoon and serve.
