Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal quick or old fashioned
  • 1 cup Silk Fruit&Protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix the oatmeal into the Silk and let stand for 15 minutes or so to soften the oats.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients (brown sugar, flour, salt, baking powder) together in a bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients (egg, oil) to the oatmeal/Silk mixture.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, and stir until just mixed.
  6. Put in muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes
