Ingredients

  • 6 cups arugula
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries & blackberries one or both
  • ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Make the vinaigrette recipe if using homemade.
  2. In a large bowl, layer the arugula, blueberries, feta cheese, and slivered almonds.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss to coat.
