Simple Balsamic White Bean Dip

This simple balsamic white bean dip was a huge hit at our team potluck this year. Easy to make in your food processor and allergy-friendly! Win, win!

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves loosely packed (reserve a few for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients together in a food processor (regular sized or mini). 
  2. Tear reserved basil leaves for garnish.  Serve with veggies, whole-grain crackers, pita chips and/or tortilla chips.
