Simple Balsamic White Bean Dip

This simple balsamic white bean dip was a huge hit at our team potluck this year. Easy to make in your food processor and allergy-friendly! Win, win!

Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup basil leaves loosely packed (reserve a few for garnish)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Puree all ingredients together in a food processor (regular sized or mini).
- Tear reserved basil leaves for garnish. Serve with veggies, whole-grain crackers, pita chips and/or tortilla chips.
