Ingredients
- 2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon honey (local is best)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Using a 1/4 measuring cup, scoop and place onto the parchment paper.
- Somewhat flatten the cookies with a fork as they don't spread in the oven and this will help them cook more evenly.
- Place baking sheet in oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving!
